Businesses connect the WhatsApp Business number they already use, through Meta’s Embedded Signup. We never assign or resell phone numbers.

Approved message templates

Business-initiated messages, like appointment reminders, use message templates reviewed and approved by WhatsApp.

Customer opt-in & opt-out

Businesses message only their own customers who have agreed to hear from them, and honour opt-out requests, as required by WhatsApp’s Business Messaging Policy. Terms

Who is BizGrace.ai for?

Small and medium service businesses that run on appointments — we’re starting with auto detailing studios, car spas and coating specialists, including those that offer doorstep pickup and drop.

Do I need a new phone number for WhatsApp?

No. You connect the WhatsApp Business number you already use, through Meta’s official sign-up flow, and you can keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone as usual.

What if I don’t have a WhatsApp Business account yet?

Download the free WhatsApp Business app and set up your business profile first. Once it’s active, you can connect it to BizGrace.ai in a few steps — we’ll guide you through it.

Can I bring my existing customer list?

Yes. Import straight from your phone’s contacts, or upload a CSV, Excel, PDF or Word file. You’ll see a preview of every customer, with duplicates flagged, and nothing is saved until you confirm.

How does BizGrace.ai use AI?

Only to help read customer files that don’t have clear columns, such as a PDF or a free-form spreadsheet. In that case the file’s text is sent to our AI provider to pick out names, phone numbers and service details, which you then review.

Files with standard columns and phone-contact imports are processed without AI. Our Privacy Policy has the full details.

Is my data safe?

Each business’s data is isolated from every other business, all traffic is encrypted, and the platform runs on Amazon Web Services. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see our data deletion page.

How much does it cost?
